Biography:

With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (BHSc) and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MScOT) from Western University, I bring a robust educational foundation to my career. For the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to empowering adults in community settings as an occupational therapist. My focus lies in assessing functional mobility and safety, fostering independence, and optimizing mobility for my clients.

Proficient in holistic assessments, I prioritize building strong rapport and approach each interaction with compassion and friendliness. My expertise extends to home safety equipment, home accessibility, mobility devices, and teaching activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL). With an understanding of fall prevention strategies, I prioritize the safety and well-being of my clients, ensuring they can navigate their environments with confidence and security. I am also an authorizer through the Assistive Devices Program (ADP).

Born and raised in London, I find immense joy in serving my community as an occupational therapist. Beyond my professional endeavors, I cherish precious moments with my husband and two sons. Embracing an active lifestyle, I relish every opportunity to immerse myself in the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, jogging, or simply exploring nature’s wonders. As I navigate the intersections of family life and professional growth, I remain committed to uplifting others, embodying compassion and dedication in all facets of my life.
