About Us

London Rehab Inc. was established in 2012 by hardworking and dedicated health care professionals with a vision to provide optimal health care services to residents in the SouthWest region of Ontario. Depending on our client’s unique condition/situation, our health care professionals assess and provide custom treatment using a client centred approach either at their home or in our clinic (depending on the referral and the service).

London Rehab provides professional and clinical assessment services that include but not limited to:

Seating and Mobility assessments: We do Seating assessments for simple and complex seating needs. We thoroughly assess clients to help keep their upper body, pelvis and Lower body stable and aligned. Our assessments and recommendations are greatly assist our clients to have the optimal level of comfort and stability in their seating system(s).

Seating Clinic Program (Custom Seating): We assess our clients for custom seating systems that fit everyone’s needs to increase and optimize their comfort, stability, function, pressure distribution and support through proper seating.

Legal Mental Capacity Assessments: We started our journey in providing legal capacity assessments to manage property (finances) and personal care in 2016. We complete those legal assessments for the Ministry of Attorney General. We support our clients and their families or caregivers with our professional services and directions to the next steps following our legal assessment decision(s).  We provide our professional services (assessments) to other requestors such as lawyers, insurance companies, courts  and other legal firms. 

Ergonomic Assessments

Functional Capacity Evaluations/Examinations (FCE): This also includes Return to Work (RTW) and Work Hardening (WH) Assessments.

In-Home Safety Assessments: Home assessments for safety, accessibility, equipment needs and more. We also assist clients with exploring their funding options for their equipment and home/vehicle modifications to support them in their journey toward functional independence.
